Utilizing an erbium laser scanner, the ProFractional laser ablates microscopic “columns” in your skin. Treatment areas are treated in fractions leaving a large portion of the skin intact which promotes faster healing. A good analogy is that of aerating a yard. We are able to perform these treatments with very little to no discomfort, and we can vary the depth to fit your schedule for downtime and needs. After treatment your body triggers a healing response to replace each removed column with brand new skin which can eliminate any damage that was in the treated area.
